Commercial & Residential Property Damage
One firm for every roof over your head — or your business.
Whether it's the home you've raised a family in or the commercial building your livelihood depends on, sudden property damage throws everything into chaos. Insurers move quickly to limit what they pay — and they have adjusters, engineers and attorneys working for them.
Cordo Claims Group levels the field. As licensed public adjusters, we represent you — documenting every dollar of loss, interpreting your policy, and negotiating the fair, complete settlement you're owed.
Property losses we handle
- Roof, structural and exterior damage
- Interior water and finish damage
- Business interruption and lost income
- Tenant, HOA and condo association claims
- Multi-family and mixed-use buildings
- Underpaid or partially-denied claims
Why work with a public adjuster
Insurance companies staff their claims with experienced adjusters, engineers and attorneys — all working to limit what they pay. A public adjuster is the only licensed professional who represents you instead. We interpret your policy, document the full scope of loss, and negotiate on your behalf so nothing is left on the table.
Our process
Free inspection & policy review
We assess the damage and review your coverage at no cost or obligation.

You collect what you're owed — and we're paid only from that recovery.
Frequently asked questions
What's the difference between the insurance company's adjuster and a public adjuster?
The adjuster your insurer sends works for the insurer — their estimate protects the company's bottom line. A public adjuster is licensed to represent only the policyholder. We produce our own independent scope and estimate, then negotiate from your side of the table.
Should I accept the insurance company's first offer?
Not before it's independently reviewed. First offers are routinely based on incomplete scopes — missing trades, undervalued materials, or overlooked secondary damage. Once you deposit a check marked as final settlement, recovering the difference becomes much harder.
What does it cost?
Nothing up front. We work on a contingency basis — we don't get paid unless you do. Your free evaluation carries no cost or obligation.
My claim was already denied or underpaid. Can you still help?
Yes. A large share of the claims we take on were previously denied or underpaid. We frequently reopen and re-document these claims to recover what was owed.
