Claims We Handle

Theft & Vandalism Claims

Break-ins leave damage the insurer would rather overlook.

Theft and vandalism claims involve both stolen property and the physical damage left behind — broken doors, windows, graffiti and destroyed fixtures. Documenting value and proving ownership quickly becomes overwhelming.

We handle the inventory, valuation and structural-damage scope, coordinate with police reports, and press for a settlement that covers both what was taken and what was wrecked.

Why work with a public adjuster

Insurance companies staff their claims with experienced adjusters, engineers and attorneys — all working to limit what they pay. A public adjuster is the only licensed professional who represents you instead. We interpret your policy, document the full scope of loss, and negotiate on your behalf so nothing is left on the table.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a police report to file a theft claim?

Yes — report promptly and get the report number. Insurers treat the police report as foundational, and a delay in reporting is often used to question the claim. Then document the scene before cleaning anything up.

Is the break-in damage itself covered, or just what was stolen?

Both. Forced-entry damage — doors, locks, windows, walls — plus vandalism and the stolen property are all part of the claim. Carriers tend to focus on the contents list and underpay the physical damage; we scope both fully.

What does it cost?

Nothing up front. We work on a contingency basis — we don't get paid unless you do. Your free evaluation carries no cost or obligation.

My claim was already denied or underpaid. Can you still help?

Yes. A large share of the claims we take on were previously denied or underpaid. We frequently reopen and re-document these claims to recover what was owed.
