Claims We Handle

Wind Damage Claims

The damage you can't see from the ground is often the costliest.

Wind lifts shingles, loosens fasteners and drives rain into places that don't show until mold and rot appear months later. Insurers frequently call wind damage "wear and tear" or pay only for a few shingles when a full roof is compromised.

We bring in the right experts, document uplift and impact damage properly, and hold carriers to a settlement that actually restores your property.

Frequently asked questions

The insurer says my roof damage is just wear and tear. What now?

That's one of the most common wind-claim denials — and it's frequently wrong. Wind uplift leaves distinct signatures: creased and displaced shingles, broken seal strips, lifted tiles and fastener damage. An independent inspection that documents those markers can turn a wear-and-tear denial around.

Only part of my roof is damaged. Can I get a full replacement?

Often, yes. When matching shingles or tiles are no longer available, or repairs would leave a mismatched roof, many policies and state matching rules support full-slope or full-roof replacement. Carriers rarely volunteer this — it has to be documented and argued.

What does it cost?

Nothing up front. We work on a contingency basis — we don't get paid unless you do. Your free evaluation carries no cost or obligation.

My claim was already denied or underpaid. Can you still help?

Yes. A large share of the claims we take on were previously denied or underpaid. We frequently reopen and re-document these claims to recover what was owed.
